The primary food are those things that feed the body outside of the plate like your relationships, career, physical activities and spirituality. The secondary food is our diet.
Our integrative nutrition department has holistic health approach focusing on healing the total person.
We agree with the theory of Dr. Jones Gordon, (founder of the center for mind body medicine). Indeed all the organ of our body and the emotional responses we have, share a common chemical language and are constantly communicating with one another.
The body can heal itself when you give it what it needs. The cells are the building blocks of life. The human body is made up of trillions of cells of different types and structures. They malfunction for two main reasons, Deficiency (the lack of needed nutrients) and Toxicity, (Cell Poisoning, exposing the cells to toxic substances and environments)
In other to stay healthy, it is imperative that we provide our body cells with what it needs to be healthy and prevent it from what it doesn’t need.
